Presend for Mac
Check and score every message before it leaves Mail, Slack or Messages. Same rules as the Chrome extension, and it stops the sends you would regret.
What it does
A menu-bar app. It reads the message you are typing, runs the rules as you go, and stands in front of the app's Send shortcut. A small pill sits at the edge of the composer; a risk holds the send and opens a panel with what was caught, a fix, and Go back or Send anyway.
Leaked keys and credentials, card and ID numbers, AI-slop and stock phrasing, off-voice tone, and any check of your own written in plain English. Sign in with the same account as the extension and your rules follow you.

Keyboard sends are gated today; clicking Send with the mouse is not, yet.
Install
- Download the zip, open it, and drag Presend into Applications. Open it.
- macOS asks for Accessibility access: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility → turn on Presend. That is what lets it read the field you are typing in and stand in front of Send. Nothing that reads other apps starts until you grant it.
- Put the cursor in a message. The pill appears beside the composer; click it for the panel.
Privacy
Rules run on your Mac. Text goes to Presend's API only for AI checks, and only when you are signed in; the body is never stored, only a one-way hash. The app cannot be sandboxed, since a sandboxed app may not read other apps' text, so it ships here instead of the Mac App Store. It is signed and notarized by Apple.
